Party hotel in a nice area short walk to the far park, and the cafe. Reasonably priced food at breakfast served in the bar. Impeccably clean rooms with views! Superfriendly, pleasant staff towards all guests.

The room was spotlessly clean with a bath and great bathrooms, just what was needed. The breakfast was included. The provided service was welcoming.

Appealing hotel, our stay was very lovely.
The hotel had an unbeatable position, on Sea. Moreover, it's near to the Manor House as well as the restaurant.

Very comfortable room, excellent service from staff - nice early breakfast everything ready -
I hate plugged in air freshners! Close to motorway so was quite noisey. Its a wedding venue so an unusual set up for a businessman on an overnighter - but would stay again.

Peace and quiet and location from motorway
The reception staff during the evening was not very good did not know how to measure drinks only giving 25mls to every drink and not understanding did eventually rectify when I showed he book that port should be 50 and was charging me for doulble drinks which she did rectify when I said I wasn't paying double prices for one drink. I think you should have one staff for bar and one for restaurant and one for reception and reception helps with bar she clearly sruggled to keep up with demand. .

Nice clean, comfortable room. Lovely gardens.
Rookery Manor is very geared up for weddings. It felt like it was understaffed at times, as sometimes service was slow, and we as non-wedding guests felt secondary.
